Paid Service Usage Rules

These Usage Rules govern how you may access and use paid Content on Holomir. They apply in addition to the Paid Service Terms and the Terms of Service.

License and Personal Use

• Paid Content is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise stated at purchase.
• You may not redistribute, resell, publicly perform, or publicly display Paid Content unless expressly permitted.

Subscription Access vs. Transactional Access

• Subscription access covers subscription‑only content from a creator during the active billing period. If a creator designates certain items as pay‑per‑view (PPV), those items require a separate purchase even for subscribers.
• Transactional access includes one‑off purchases (continuing access, unless otherwise stated) and rentals (time‑limited access). Purchasing a single item does not grant access to the creator’s subscription‑only catalog.

Streaming and Downloads

• Streaming quality and availability may vary by device, bandwidth, and region.
• Offline downloads (if available) are limited to supported devices and may require periodic revalidation.

Access Limitations

• Device and concurrent stream limits may apply and can change to protect rights holders.
• Content availability may change due to licensing or legal requirements.

Restrictions

• Do not circumvent digital rights management (DRM) or other technical protections.
• Do not manipulate viewing metrics or engage in fraudulent activity.

Termination

We may revoke access to Paid Content for violations of these Usage Rules, the Paid Service Terms, or the Terms of Service.
