Paid Service Terms

These Paid Service Terms apply when you purchase, rent, subscribe to, or otherwise pay for access to Content or features on Holomir. By completing a transaction, you agree to these terms in addition to the Terms of Service.

Creator Offerings and Payment Options

  • Creators choose how to monetize their films: via subscriptions (recurring access) and/or one‑off transactions (purchases or rentals). Availability and pricing are set by the creator and may vary by region.
  • Subscriptions grant access to the creator’s subscription‑only content for the active billing period. Some items may remain separately chargeable as pay‑per‑view (PPV) even for subscribers, at the creator’s discretion.
  • One‑off purchases typically grant continuing access to the purchased item (unless labeled as a rental). Rentals grant limited‑time access as specified at checkout.
  • Buying an item does not automatically grant access to the creator’s subscription content, and subscribing does not automatically include all PPV items—unless the creator explicitly includes them.

Eligibility and Account

  • You must have a valid Holomir account to make purchases.
  • You must provide accurate payment and billing information and update it as necessary.

Pricing, Taxes, and Billing

  • Prices are displayed at checkout and may vary by region and currency.
  • Applicable taxes may be added. You are responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your provider.
  • We may use third-party payment processors. Your payment is subject to their terms as well.

Access and Entitlements

  • After payment, you receive a license to access the purchased Content per the Paid Service Usage Rules.
  • Rentals, memberships, and other time-limited access will be indicated at purchase.
  • Your entitlements are tied to your account and may be subject to territorial restrictions, device limits, DRM, and creator availability settings.
  • If a creator removes or reclassifies content, we will endeavor to honor existing entitlements where feasible; however, availability can change due to licensing or legal requirements.

Subscriptions and Renewals

  • If you purchase a subscription or membership, it may renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date.
  • You can cancel in your account settings; access typically remains until the end of the current billing period.
  • Subscription content is accessible only while your subscription remains active. One‑off purchases remain available per the listed terms even if your subscription ends.

Refunds

  • Except where required by law, all sales are final. If Content is defective or unavailable after purchase, contact support for assistance.

Chargebacks and Fraud

  • We may suspend or terminate access in the event of chargebacks, suspected fraud, or misuse.

Changes

We may update these Paid Service Terms as needed. Material changes will be communicated with reasonable notice where required.
